Established in 1932 by Giuseppe Lanzoni, the company is specialized in surgical instruments for hospitals and laboratories. Following the steps of their father, the four sons now lead five companies, all involved in the hospital market, with 36 employers and technicians and with an overall turnover of about 15 m €. Lanzoni S.r.l. represents today many domestic and foreign firms under exclusive sales agreements and it began its own production in 1989. The company is well known worldwide for the production of VPPS 1000 and VPPS 2000 (Volumetric Pollen and Particle Samplers). Since 1989, these samplers have been working all around the world, and are now adopted by many European research networks.
