  • histamine

    a substance, produced mainly by mast-cells that is almost the same as what you know from the poison of stinging nettle. Histamine is released as one of the most effective agents during the allergic reaction. Under its influence, the surroundig tissue becomes better supplied with blood and increases secretion in order to wash away the potential enemy.
